This study tries to determine what factors are cause stock price. It uses 3 independent variables, they are Earning Per Share (EPS) (X1), Return On Assets (ROA) (X2), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) (X3), and Stock Price (Y) as independent variable. This research is intended to analyze the influence of Earning Per Share (EPS), Return On Assets (ROA), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) toward Stock Price. After doing a literature review, observation, and preparation of the hypothesis the data collected. Data are provided by ICMD, IDX, and BEI. While the analysis of the data processing is done by using SPSS 20.0 for windows. Analysis are performed with existing data using test of multiple regression analysis, classical assumtion test and hypothesis testing using the f test and t test. Sample of this research consist of 6 pulp and paper companies that listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange since 2007 until 2015 period. Purposived sampling used as samples setermining method. Total observation for 54 observations for 12 months interval.. Data analyze with multiple regression and hyphothesis test used t-statistic, F-statistic at level of significance 5% and Chow Test.The result shows that the two independent variabless sig nificant influence to the dependent and there is one variabel that not significantly influence to the dependent. Return On Assets (ROA), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) toward Stock Price have significant influence on stock price. Earning Per Share (EPS) have no significant influence on stock price. Coeficient of determination (R2 ) is 21,5 %. It means 78,5% stock price variations are influenced by the free other variables, which were no used in this research.
