This study aims to analyze and obtain empirical evidence regarding the influence of mobile banking technology, digital marketing, brand image, and location on intention using Sharia Commercial Bank products (study on the society of Pedurungan Sub-district, Semarang City) either simultaneously or partially. The population in this study is the people of Pedurungan Sub-district, Semarang City. By using the sampling technique that is purposive sampling 100 respondents meet the criteria. The analytical model used in this study is a multiple linear regression analysis model, while the analysis technique uses the F Statistical Test, the Coefficient of Determination Test (R²), and the t-Statistical Test which is processed using the SPSS 26 program. The results of hypothesis testing and discussion show that (1) Mobile banking technology, digital marketing, brand image, and location simultaneously have a significant effect on the public intention of Pedurungan Sub-district, Semarang City using Sharia Commercial Bank products. (2) Mobile banking technology partially has no significant effect on the public intention of Pedurungan Sub-district, Semarang City using Sharia Commercial Bank products. (3) Digital marketing partially has no significant effect on the public intention of Pedurungan Sub-district, Semarang City using Sharia Commercial Bank products. (4) Brand image partially has a significant effect on the public intention of Pedurungan Sub-district, Semarang City using Sharia Commercial Bank products. (5) Location partially has a significant effect on the public intention of Pedurungan Sub-district, Semarang City using Sharia Commercial Bank products.
