This study aims to analyze the prediction of bankruptcy at PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk Period 2016-2021. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive analysis, namely by collecting, classifying, analyzing funds and interpreting the data obtained from the company. By this way, it can provide an overview of the actual situation. The calculation technique used in this study is the Altman Z-Score Modified Model. The results of the analysis show that from 2016 to 2019, the company’s average Z-Score is on the gray zone area. Meanwhile, In 2020 and 2021 respectively, the company is on the distress zone. Hence, it requires proper management handling by implementing alternative defensive strategies such us reduction, divestment, and liquidation.
