This study aims to analyze and obtain empirical evidence regarding the effect of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived enjoyment, and perceived credibility on the customers’ interest in using BNI Mobile Banking Application (case studies in Semarang city and its surrounding area) either simultaneously or partially. The population in this study is the people of Semarang and surrounding areas like Batang city, Kendal city, Demak regency, Kudus and other cities. The sample in this study is the customers of BNI Bank in Semarang and surrounding areas who use or will use BNI Mobile Banking application. The sample retrieval technique in this study is a combination of stratified sampling and purposive sampling, and there are 157 samples. A data analysis model using linear multiple regression analysis. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique uses the F statistical test, the Coefficient of Determination test and the t statistical test, which are processed using the IBM SPSS statistic25 program. The results of the analysis and discussion show that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived enjoyment and perceived credibility simultaneously affect the customers’ interest in using the BNI Mobile Banking application. Perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and perceived credibility variables each have a significant effect, while perceived enjoyment variable has no partial or insignificant effect on the customers’ interest in using the BNI Mobile Banking application.
