PT. Akebono Brake Astra Indonesia is a brake manufacturing company that has many employee. PT. Akebono Brake Astra Indonesia do not yet have a system that can provide effective and efficient materials to employees. Human Resource Development division as responsible for company employees, want to provide one company platform for learning from many sources in the internet. The material is certainly what employees need for their daily work, and wants a platform for sharing from one employee to another employees. The aim is to increase the knowledge of employees through information systems. To solve the above problem, an E-Learning Platform was created. This research will produce a design and system that can provide materials in the form of modules, videos, and other related media, hoping that this can help and improve the quality of employees according to the needs of PT.
