The application will be divided into three parts, the first android-based application used by customers to place orders. The second android-based application used by couriers to find out the delivery location. The third web-based application used by admins to manage in-store data. This application in addition to providing a delivery service ordering feature with purchases domiciled in Kudus who place orders within a radius of less than 10 kilometers from the store location can choose delivery of COD (Cash On Delivery) provided by the store at no charge, but if the purchase is not domiciled in Semarang Regency can choose delivery provided by the store that has cooperated with the delivery service to be sent from the center of the store. Delivery Order Information System Bintang Timur Shoes Store Based on Website and Mobile is made using the Waterfall method where each step of the research is carried out sequentially starting from the analysis stage, system design, program code writing, system testing, and maintenance. Testing is carried out using two events, namely functional testing and user satisfaction using the questionnaire method. The delivery order application has been tested on three different browsers with the results that all functions can run well. The Bintang Timur delivery order android application has been tested on different android operating systems with the results that all went well, and tested on 10 respondents and obtained a percentage result of 82.6%, which means that users are very satisfied with this system.
