Prima Frozen Food is one of the Frozen Food SMEs located at Jalan Amarta No 8, Salatiga. This shop is engaged in selling frozen food. Prima Frozen Food for now is still using a manual system in the manufacture and management of data at the company. This results in a lack of efficiency in the company's operational activities both in terms of processing time, resource management and production. So, it is necessary to have an integrated system that can combine various needs in one software in one logical database, making it easier for all divisions to share information and communication. Therefore, it is necessary to implement Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) to overcome these problems. This stage of ERP implementation begins with a preliminary study. Then identify problems through interviews and observations, identify ongoing business processes and then carry out the Analysis stage. The next stage is designing and implementing Odoo, and finally implementing and testing. With that, it is hoped that it will solve the problem with Prima Frozen Food.
