With a lot of data contained in sipolda, making it difficult for users in making the best decision, therefore this research was done to build a mini dashboard monitoring for information systems in Semarang state polytechnic, namely sipolda website. The goal of the study is to build a monitoring dashboard that could be used to make user decisions. In this study we used a software development method called the waterfall method. The first stage in this method is the definition of needs, then the design of systems and software, the implementation and testing of units, the integration and testing of the system and finally operation and maintenance. For testing on this SIPOLDA project we use Black Box Testing by testing on existing systems whether the functions or features are in accordance with the system created. In this system will be implemented dashboard monitoring on the website of the Polines information system in the data, which is expected to help users to take decision both on the menu LKPT (College Performance Report) and LKPS (Study Program Performance Report
