The influence of philanthropy, community involvement, and social innovation on employee satisfaction at pt pln up2d



This study aims to determine the effect of philanthropy, community

involvement, and social innovation CSR on Employee satisfaction. The data used

in this research is primary data which are the questionnaires given to 100 PT

PLN UP2D permanent employees in 2021 through google form. Data collection

methods that are used in this research are observation, questionnaires, and

literature review. The analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling -

Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) using SmartPLS 3.0. The result from this study

indicates that Philanthropy, Community Involvement, and Social Innovation have

a positive and significant effect on Employee satisfaction.
