In construction work, the right method is needed so that the implementation can take place effectively and efficiently. In this study, we would compare the column casting method using the concrete bucket method and the concrete pump method. The data was obtained through direct observation in the field related to time and cost issues.The conclusion that can be drawn is that the casting time of concret bucket is 9.371 hours and the unit price is Rp 1,002,668.31 / m3. While the casting time of concrete pump method is 2.632 hours and the unit price is Rp 972,937.28 / m3
