The purpose of this final project is to open a culinary business, especially a cuisine that sells a healthy contemporary snacks that filled with cheese and beef. This business is inspired by processed potatoes cuisine called "croquette", by modifying the product. This business also has another innovation, namely by presenting the stuffing of cheese, beef and beef-cheese as well as the addition of other ingredients in the dough as prescribed. This final project is to evaluate business performance from several aspects namely marketing, production from the point of view of human resources, and finance. The Potato Cheese Ball “BOOTAK” business located at Jalan Ngesrep Timur V No. 63, Sumurboto, Kecamatan Banyumanik, Semarang City, Central Java 50269. Many activities are carried out in this business include surveying and determining locations, purchasing materials, tools and materials for product manufacture, implementing promotions, marketing, and preparing reports. From the marketing aspect, it can be concluded that it is necessary to improve the used strategies, especially in the aspects of promotion and human resources. For the financial aspect, it is known that the obtained profit of Rp. 1,017,795 is collected in 3 months of from May 15 to August 15, 2021.
