BBPLK Semarang is one of the training institution as a distributor of education and job training in the Semarang area. The purpose of this research is to analyze the application of learning methods in BBPLK Semarang, to analyze the description of student learning achievement office administration at BBPLK Semarang, and to analyze the effect of learning methods on student learning achievement at BBPLK Semarang. The methods of data collection used in this research are questionnaires, interview, and literature review. The sampling technique used simple random sampling of 112 respondents who are participants office administration 2021 in BBPLK Semarang. The independent variable of this research is the learning method and the dependent variable of this research is learning achievement. The analysis method used in this research is descriptive analysis of respondents and variables, validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression, t test, and coefficient of determination. Simple linier regression coefficient is used to analyze the data. Based on calculations using SPSS version 23, the result show that the regression equation Y = 49,436 + 0,225X, which can be interpreted that the learning methods (X) has a positive and significant influence on learning achievement (Y). Based on the result of the t test for learning methods on students learning achievement, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted because it has a t-count bigger than t-table. Based on the analysis of the coefficient of determination show that the Adjusted R Square is 0,271. It means that 27,1% of learning achievement is influenced by independent variabel namely learning methods, while 72,9% is influenced by other variables that are not included in this research.
