This research aims to design and build an information system that is able to speed up the process of savings transaction, SHU calculating transaction, closing membership and withdrawal transaction, can backup and display the entire document of administration report and help prepare financial statements.
The research method used for this research is Research and Development (R&D). The system development method used in this study is a prototype method with programming language Microsoft Visual Basic.Net and MySql database, while the system testing used is black box testing and white box testing method. And the object of this study is the Koperasi Amsata.
The design and development of desktop-based accounting information system management application at Koperasi Amsata, resulting in applications that can be used by Koperasi Amsata to facilitate and alleviate the performance of cooperative employees to create financial statements necessary for the preparation of computerized RAT (Rapat Anggota Tahunan) that are accurate, accountable, and informative. The recording of financial transactions built includes member registration as well as principal savings, mandatory savings, user input, accounting account input, and also the closing membership and savings withdrawals. And reports produced in the form of financial statements and administrative reports.
