Sistem kendali posisi pointer tiga sumbu (X, Y, dan Z) dengan metode proportional integral derivative menggunakan labview dan myrio



This tool is designed to determine the accurate position of the pointer in 3-dimensional space. This tool uses PID control so that it is precise when the pointer goes to the set point, the three rotary encoders with the output in the form of pulses that are converted to position (cm), DC motor as an actuator that functions to move the thread to increase the position value, MyRIO 1900 microcontroller as a data acquisition system in input and output processes, and LabVIEW as the software to programming the PID control in the form of Kp, Ki, Kd obtained by manual tuning method. The performance of the PID control is based on steady state error. The test results show that the pointer position is close to the set point with an average error on the X axis is 3,22% , Y axis is2,26 % , and Z axis is 1,64% .
