Perception of ease of usage, knoeledge, and trust of customers toward interest using e-channel at pt bank tabungan negara (persero), tbk Semarang branch office



This reseacrh aims to find out the perception of Ease of Usage, Knowledge, and Trust of customers toward interest using E-Channel at PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero), Tbk Semarang Branch Office both partially and simultaneously.

This research used primary data that obtained from questionnaires with 80 respondents. The analytical model used Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using SPSS Statistic V26.

The results in this research show that Ease of Usage, Knowledge, and Trust both partially and simultaneously have significant effect toward customers' interest in using E-Channel. The result of Coefficient Determination obtained that Adjusted R Square of 0.601. It is shows that interest of customers in using E-Channel can be explained by Ease of Usage, Knowledge, and Trust of 60.1%, while the remaining 39.9% is influenced by other variables outside in this research.
