This research is based on the problem of instability dividend payment as seen from the fluctuating Dividend Payout Ratio for companies listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) for the 2015-2020 period. This study aims to analyze the effect of Net Profit Margin, Debt to Equity Ratio, Free Cash Flow, Total Asset Turnover on Dividend Payout Ratio in companies listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII). The sample in this study amounted to 6 companies listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII), with a sampling technique is purposive sampling. The analysis model in this study is a panel data multiple linear regression analysis models using Eviews 9. The results of the panel data multiple linear regression analysis test show that (1) Net Profit Margin, Debt to Equity Ratio, Free Cash Flow, Total Asset Turnover simultaneously on the Dividend Payout Ratio, (2) Partially, the Net Profit Margin, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Free Cash Flow have a significant effect on Dividend Payout Ratio, but Total Assets Turnover has no effect and insignificant effect on the Dividend Payout Ratio in companies listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII).
