The growth of international trade makes export activity not only a choice but a need. Manufacture Industries is the engine of growth in Non-Oil and Gas sector. Factors that could be the cause of export are GDP and exchange rate. The aim of this research is to analyze is there a significant influence of GDP on Export, and Exchange Rate on Export to USA at PT Promanufacture Indonesia Semarang both simultaneously and partially. This research is an explanatory research with quantitative approach. Multiple Linear Regression Analysis method is used in this reseach equipped with the Descriptive Statistics Test, Classic Assumption Test,Multiple Linear Regression, Coefficient of Determination, F-Test and T-Test. Data used in this study are secondary data which are obtained by doing a documentary study, observation. The result of T-Test shows that GDP have significant and positive influence on Export to USA meanwhile Exchange Rate have significant but negative influence on Export to USA at PT Promanufacture Indonesia Semarang. The result of F-Test shows that GDP and Exchange Rate simultaneously influence on Export to USA at PT Promanufacture Indonesia Semarang. Based on determination coefficient, gross domestic product and exchange rate have an influence on export t USA at PT Promanufacture Indonesia Semarang by 27.4%. Meanwhile, the remaining 72.6% was explained by another variable that was not examined in this study.
