The influence of leader-member exchange (lmx), work motivation, and job satisfaction on employee loyalty at blu uptd trans Semarang



This research aims to analyze the influence of Leader-Member Exchange (LMX), Work Motivation, and Job Satisfaction on Employee Loyalty at BLU UPTD Trans Semarang. The methods of collecting data used questionnaires and interview. The technique of analysis used in this research was multiple linear regression analysis. The sample of this research was 51 respondents and analytical method used are validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression, coefficient determination, t test, and f test. The result of multiple linear regression analysis could be shown by the regression equation Y = 8.582 + 0.239X1 + 0.316X2 + 0.251X3. The coefficient determination of this research was 31.5%, which meant that the contribution of independent variables was 31.5% and the remaining 68.5% was influenced by other variables. The result of this research showed that Leader- Member Exchange (LMX), Work Motivation, and Job Satisfaction had positive and significant influenced on Employee Loyalty.
