The purposes of this research were to analyze the influence of perceived ease of use (X1) and perceived usefulness (X2) as independent variables on intention of use (Y) as dependent variable at PT. Masaji Kargosentra Tama Semarang. The methods of data collection used questionnaires, literature study, and interviews. The technique of analysis used in this research was multiple linear regression analysis. The sample of this research are 30 respondents and analytical method used are the validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, coefficient determination, and t-test. The result of multiple linear regression analysis could be shown by the regression equation Y= 7.282 + 0.082 X1 + 0.354 X2. The coefficient determination of this research was 84.7%, which meant that the contribution of perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness to intention of use is 84.7% and the remaining 15.3% is influenced by other variables that are not examined in this research. The result of this research shows that perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness had a positive and significant influence on intention of use.
