The influence of leadership and work motivation on organizational culture and its impact on employee job satisfaction at samudera perdana selaras Semarang



The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of leadership (X1) and work motivation (X2) on organizational culture (Y) and its impact on job satisfaction (Z) at PT Samudera Perdana Selaras. The technique of analysis used in this research was path analysis. The equation of sub structure 1 is Y = 0.417 X1 + 0.404 X2 + 0.70851 e1 and the equation of sub structure 2 is Z = 0.574 X1 + 0.451 X2 – 0.390 Y + 0.74363 e2. The results of path analysis indicated that: 1) leadership directly has a positive and significant influence on organizational culture, 2) work motivation directly has a positive and significant influence on organizational culture, 3) leadership directly has a positive and significant on job satisfaction, 4) work motivation directly has a positive and significant on job satisfaction, 5) organizational culture directly has a negative and significant on job satisfaction
