PT Samudera Indonesia Agencies Semarang Branch’s company performance can be explained by income growth in every month from 2017- 2019. Factor that could be the cause of these growth are the freight rate and export volume. The purposes of this study are to analyze the influence of freight rate and export volume toward income growth and to find out how many contributions of all independent variables to dependent variable. Multiple Linear Regression Analysis method is use in this study. The research is an explanatory research with quantitative approach. Method is used in this study equipped with the Descriptive test, Classic assumption test, Coefficient determinant (R2), Multiple linear regression, T-Test and F-test. Data used in this study are secondary data which are obtained by collecting the data from PT Samudera Indonesia Agencies Semarang Branch from January 2017-December 2019. The output from this research shows that the independent variable(Freight rate and Export volume) has a significant effect on the income growth at PT Samudera Indonesia Agencies Semarang Branch’s. The result of F-test and T-test show that simultaneously and significantly all of independent variables influenced dependent variable. So it means that if there is an increase in every each independent variable (Freight Rate and Export Volume) then Income will also increase. Suggestion that can be taken for export volume are to expand exploration of marketing activity with advisable adding sophisticated technology and booking procedural more easy to customer handle. For freight rate, even PT Samudera Indonesia Agencies Semarang Branch’s has independent tariff, they should set stable exchange rate in the contract to decrease fluctuations.
