Pandiya, M.Pd., August 2020,108 pages. Agribusiness is one of the important sector in Indonesia. This sector functions to support the necessary of food in Indonesia. But in 2019, the agribusiness companies became the winner for the highest percentage of companies affected by financial distress. This study aims to analyzing the effect of Net Profit Margin (NPM), Total Assets Turnover (TATO), Sales Growth (SG), and Working Capital to Total Assets (WCTA) on Financial Distress in agribusiness companies listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange periods 2015-2019. The data collecting methods is used documentary study. There are 17 companies as a population in this research. After sampling, there are 7 companies that can be used as a sample and the number of observational data in this study is 30 data. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. The analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The research result shows Net Profit Margin, Total Assets Turnover, Sales Growth, and Working Capital to Total Asset influence Financial Distress simultaneously. Partially, Sales Growth does not influence Financial Distress. Whereas Net Profit Margin, Total Assets Turnover, Working Capital to Total Assets influence Financial Distress.
