The State Electricity Company in providing the best service to customers requires a way to prevent the area from extending and disrupting other areas. So that the distribution network maneuver is carried out. Network maneuvering in the form of load overload is done by opening or closing the switching / switching equipment between the feeder border points and coordinating with other feeders. The operation of each of these equipment can be operated using Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) or locally. The overloading of the load itself means the process of delegating the load from a feeder to another feeder. This final project discusses network maneuvers if KSN-03 experiences an outage due to permanent disturbances. In the KSN-03 feeder, there are 3 alternative maneuvers that can be overloaded, namely the KSN-16, KSN-13 and KSN-08 feeders. The method used is a comparative method that compares the results of manual calculations and ETAP simulations. This ETAP simulation is used to determine the feeders that can be overflowed by the KSN-03 feeder when a disturbance occurs with the smallest voltage drop. Based on the results of the maneuver simulation using ETAP simulation, all load of KSN-03 feeder when extinguished in zone 1 section 2 can be transferred to KSN-16 feeder via switching equipment ABSW S3-153. When it goes out in zone 2 section 1, 2 and 3 can be transferred to KSN-16 feeder via switching equipment ABSW S3-153 or ABSW S3-162L/17/59.
