The problem currently faced by RSJD Dr. Amino Gondohutomo Provinsi Jawa Tengah is difficulties in handling internal service control, thus the purpose of this research is to measure the maturity level and give recommendations from each IT process to improve the implementation of IT governance at RSJD Dr. Amino Gondohutomo Provinsi Jawa Tengah. This research use COBIT 4.1 as the framework. The data sources were obtained from observation, interview, and documentation. The assessment is based on the mapping process by linking the hospital’s goals with a balanced scorecard in COBIT 4.1. resulted in 14 selected subdomains. The average maturity level of IT governance at RSJD Dr. Amino Gondohutomo Provinsi Jawa Tengah is in level 3 (Defined) which means the system controls are in place and adequately documented.
