Association Logistics and Forwarders Indonesia (ALFI) predict that in Indonesia, the growth potential of the logistics business can reach more than 30% until 2020, it makes competition in today’s freight forwarding industry is getting tighter. To be able to compete in logistic industries, PT Angkasa Pura Logistic Semarang is required to have good human resources. Good quality of human resources will provide and increase the effectiveness of work performance which is also good for the company to reach their goals. However, total shipment at PT Angkasa Pura Logistics has continued to fluctuate over the past six months. Therefore, to increase employee performance and maintain the service quality of shipment, PT Angkasa Pura Logistic Semarang must pay attention to the work motivation and work environment. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of work motivation and work environment on employee performance at PT Angkasa Pura Logistic Semarang. The research model is using multiple linear regression and being calculated with SPSS 25. The sampling method used is purposive sampling. The questionnaire is distributed to 50 samples of employees at PT Angkasa Pura Logistic Semarang. Based on the results, it shows that work motivation had a positive and significant influence on employee performance with sig 0.013 which is 0.013 < 0.05. The variable work environment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance with sig 0.020 which is 0.020 < 0.05.
