Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) Kesehatan Branch of Ungaran is an institution engaged in the field of insurance for Indonesian owned by the Republic of Indonesia. This research aims to show the effect of workload on the employees’ job satisfaction of BPJS Kesehatan Branch of Ungaran. The data collection methods used in this research are observation, literature review, and questionnaire which are distributed to 39 respondents using total sampling. The methods of data analysis used are validity test, reliabilitu test, simple linear regression test, t test, and coefficient of determination. The results of this research show that workload have positive and significant effect partially on the employees’ job satisfaction. The result of the analysis obtained Adjusted R2 value is 0,613, it means that the contribution of independent variable in influencing the dependent variable is 61,3% while the remaining 0,387 or 38,7% is influenced by other factors which are not examinated in this research.
