Pengaruh penambahan serat tembaga serta ground granulated blast furnace slag (ggbfs) pada campuran beton mutu tinggi terhadap kuat tekan beton



Concrete is one of the important structures found in road structures, especially in rigid road pavements. If the LHR of a road exceeds the capacity of the road then that will have an impact on the concrete hardening structure. Thus to avoid damage to concrete hardening, it is necessary to experiment by adding fiber to the concrete mixture, so with this copper fiber is chosen as a plus material because copper fiber comes from the waste cable which for now the amount of cable waste - cable due to cable waste replaced with optical/fiber cables, in addition to ground granulated blast furnace slag (GGBFS)/cement slag is also used as a partial replacement for cement. So the purpose of this study is to know the effect of the addition of copper fibers as well as cement slag on high quality concrete mixtures that are tested strongly. The results of the study showed that the addition of copper fiber and cement slag showed a strong relationship to the strong press value with the strong press value produced with optimum levels achieved on the composition of the concrete with the addition of 1% copper fiber (of concrete weight) and the use of slag cement as much as 50% (of the weight of the concrete) the strong value of the press produced 40.60 Mpa while the strong press plan life of 28 days at 41 Mpa.
