Penerapan Komunikasi Interpersonal Tenaga Penjual terhadap Calon Pelanggan Wifi Indihome PT Telkom Cabang Johar Semarang



Now, competition in business world is getting tougher. It is also perceived by Company Service that strives to be the best in providing quality service and gives satisfaction to the customers. The objectives of this research is to analyse descriptive by about interpersonal communication to sales person of Wifi Indihome in PT Telkom (area Johar Semarang. Interpersonal communication skills of salesperson influence customer confidence in using wifi Indihome PT Telkom Indonesia. The object of this research, is Wifi Indihome PT Telkom (Area Johar Semarang). The results of the study state that Interpersonal communication carried out by PT Indihome employees has an impact on the level of Indihome wifi sales as perceived by prospective customer’s trust.
