Analisis Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, dan Budaya Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Agility International Semarang



Along with the development of increasingly advanced era, many companies decided to export and import. The export and import activities cannot be separated from the role of the Freight Forwarder that handles logistics activities of a company. If manufacturing companies use machines to replace human work, service companies (Freight Forwarder) rely on human labour. However, humans contribute to make mistakes that cause a decrease in company performance and company loss. Lack of discipline, lack of motivation, and behaviour such as not being able to meet job targets are some of the causes of decreased employee performance. This research conducted to determine the effect of work discipline, work motivation, and work culture on employee performance. The method used in this study is multiple regression analysis with the result is Y = 3.123 + 0.16 X2 + 0.363 X3 + e. Variable X1 was omitted because the t- test result was work discipline did not affect employee performance. The results of this study can be used to find the right solution to increase employee performance that is useful for the development of the company in the future
