This research aims to analyze the users behavior of electronic money system using UTAUT model. The population of this research are all user Tap Cash BNI area Semarang. The data used this study are primary data. The sampling technique used in accidential sampling with a sample size of 100 people. Result of testing with t-statistic show that performance expectancy and effort expectancy partialy have insignificant influence on behavioral intention. While social influence have significant influence on behavioral intention. Then behavioral intention and facilitating conditions partialy have significant influence on use behavior.
