This final project is to evaluate business performance from several aspects such as marketing, production, and operations from the perspective of human and financial resources.
The business O-Mbull Don is located at Sirojudin Street Number 36, Tembalang, Semarang, Central Java. Previous activities carried out in this business are conducting surveys and determining the business location, determining raw materials, conducting supplier surveys, purchasing equipment, purchasing raw materials, preparing business premises, testers and promotions and preparing reports.
It can be concluded from the marketing aspect that it is necessary to make improvements or additions to the promotion strategy that has been done especially in the aspect of promotion.
