PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) Branch of Central Java is a company engaged in the field of social insurance business owned by the Republic of Indonesia in the Central Java region. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation on the performance of employees of PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) Branch of Central Java. Data collection methods used were interviews, distributing questionnaires, and literature study. Data analysis method used to determine the effect of work motivation on the performance of employees of PT Jasa Raharja (Persero), Central Java Branch.
