Nowadays, there are many people who start to realize the importance of entrepreneurship. The most potential business to do is culinary business which offers creative and unique products. There are many different ways to start the business as a creative entrepreneur.
The purpose of this final project was to create business practice that offer innovative culinary with half-cooked brownies processed in a melting state in the block mold. Brownies Luber Kamei started not only with a unique product, but also something that our team think is needed by consumers.
The purpose of this final project was to evaluate the business performance from some aspects that is marketing, production and operation, human resources, and finance.
Business “Brownies Luber Kamei” is located on Jalan Malangsari No. 41 Tlogosari Kulon, Semarang, Central Java. The activities in this business are conducting and determining location, purchasing materials, tools and materials preparation for product; implementing the promotion and marketing as well as preparing the reports.
It was found that the profit of Rp 8,899,652 could be achieved for three month periode starting from March to May 2019. It is necessary to make some improvements in some strategies used, especially for promotion, and human resource aspects.
