The purpose of this research was to analyze the influence of supervision and motivation on employees performance in PT Asuransi Kredit Indonesia (Persero) Semarang Branch. Data were collected from 51 employees of PT Asuransi Kredit Indonesia (Persero) Semarang Branch by using quationnaire and analyzed by using validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination test (R2 ). The result of multiple linear regression analysis showed that Y = 3,696+0,317X1+0,267X2 which had the most influence on employees performance was supervision. The result of the t test and F test showed that supervision and motivation have positive significant influence on employees performance. The coefficient of determination test (R2 ) showed 0,637 this mean that 63,7% contributed to the employees performance by supervision and motivation, while the remaining 36,3% was contributed by other variables that were not described in this research.
