Pengaruh Beban Kerja dan Kompensasi terhadap Loyalitas Karyawan pada PT. Boga Makmur Gracia



Human Resource is one of the main core of the business process in a company. Because of its importance, it can be stated that human resource is an important asset for a company. If the company lack of it, then it will be affecting the company performance.This study aims to know the influence between workload, compensation and employee loyalty at PT. Boga Makmur Gracia.The method of collecting data used in this research were : interview,observation, and questionnaire distribution. The method of analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. All of respondents are production unit 2 employees of PT. Boga Makmur Gracia. Based on the results of the F test, it can be stated that H03 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted. Since the calculated F value is 41.492 with a significance level of 0.000, while the F value is greater than F table (41.492>3.18) and the significance level is less than 0.05, it shows that workload, and compensation, simultaneously have a significant influence on employee loyalty. From this study we can conclude that the negative influence of workload variable on employee loyalty, and the positive influence of compensation variable affect the employees loyalty of PT. Boga Makmur Gracia
