PT. Pura Barutama Unit Offset Kudus is a packaging company with more than 1000 employees. Employees are one of the the most important factors to achieve company goals so the company should give attention to employee productivity with the occupational health and safety management system. The purpose of this research at PT. Pura Barutama Unit Offset Kudus is to analyze the influence of occupational health and safety management system on employee productivity. The method of collecting data is interviews, questionnaires, and observations. The sampling technique uses probability sampling with a sample of 80 employees production operator of PT. Pura Barutama Unit Offset Kudus. To analyze the influence of occupational health and safety management system on the productivity of PT. Pura Barutama Unit Offset Kudus, using validity and reliability test with SPSS 16.00. Based on the research, the occupational health and safety management system of productivity have a correlation. The implementation of occupational health and safety management system is already well, but the activities to monitor employee safety and prevent work accidents need to be improved so that productivity could be increases. Meanwhile on the application of employee productivity things that need to be improved are the quality of employee work. Occupational health and safety management system has a positive and significant value on productivity.
