Pengaruh Iklim Organisasi dan Pengembangan Karir terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan pada Perusahaan Tekstil PT Primatexco Indonesia Batang



The purpose of this research was to analyse the influence of organizational climate

on the employee’s job satisfaction, to analyse career development on the

employee’s job satisfaction, and to describe profiles of respondents. This research

used collecting data from interview, questionnaires, and literature review. The

population includes all employees of PT Primatexco Indonesia Batang. Sample

covers 100 respondents. Research instrument relates to questionnaires. Analyse tool

consider Multiple Regression with F-simultaneously and t-test. Result of multiple

linear regression analysis indicate that the significant effect develops

simultaneously and partially from organizational climate and career development

against employee’s job satisfaction. It seems being confirmed through

determination coefficient for organizational climate and career development effect

on employee’s job satisfaction for 59,4%.
