Analisis Tingkat Kepuasan Pengguna Layanan Jasa Biro Perjalanan Pada PT. Oryza Baru Utama (Studi kasus Pada Mahasiswa PT di Kota Semarang



This research on this final project is to analyze the level of students satisfaction in using the travel agency service. The data was analyzed by customers satisfaction index. The data was collected by observation and questionnaire. The population of this research was college students of university in the area of Semarang. The samples were 100 respondents and sampling technique was proportionate stratified random sampling.
The result of the research showed that the level of student’s satisfaction of university in the area of Semarang based of suitability between performances and interests on the reliability were 86,33% (satisfied), responsiveness were 86,33% (satisfied), confidence were 85% (satisfied), empathy were 84,66% (satisfied), and tangible were 86% (satisfied). These result was calculation by cartesius diagram to indentify company performance improvement.
