The general purpose of this research is to organize an event with the theme “ Mangroves Support The Coastal Ecosystem and The Creative Inspiration of TheYounger Generation”.while the specific aim is to disseminate other benefits of mangrove plants, make young people aware of the importance of environmental sustainability and conduct mangrove training as creative inspiration for young generation. This project is related to Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibition (MICE). The pre-production phase consists of determining the concept, theme, title, determination of place and time, formation of committees, planning of costs and preparation of the required events. The production phase includes training, competitions and mangrove planting. The post-production stage consists of financial statements, activity reports to the sponsors, letters to the sponsors. The mangrove training and planting program was supported by the Central Java Provincial Environment and Forestry Service and PT Phapros, Tbk. The program talked about mangrove training explained by Cahyadi Adhe Kurniawan, alumni of the marine faculty at Diponegoro University, Semarang. The 300 participants of the new students at SMP N 31 Semarang, while the planting participants were 40 people consisting of the OSIS SMP N 31 Semarang and general participants. The remaining finance in this activity is Rp 2,487,000.00. The committee in training and competition are 11 peoples and the committee in planting activities are 20 peoples
