Aura Souvenir is a micro company operates on creative industries that produce souvenir items. Production items include birthday souvenir, wedding souvenir, graduation souvenir, and party decoration. The process of business activities in Aura Souvenir still uses traditional methods, media such as paper and books are still used to record any transaction and data center. Books are used to record customer orders, process order information, recap orders, and turnover reports every month. Records, data process, until reports are still processed using books. Traditional systems like this certainly have many risks such as human error, lack of time efficiency in data processing, until damaged or lost data.
