Pengaruh Kompetensi dan Kepuasan Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Jasco Logistics Semarang



The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of competence,

financial compensation satisfaction and non financial compensation satisfaction on

employee performance in PT Jasco Logistics Semarang.

Data were collected from 52 employees of PT Jasco Logistics Semarang by

using quationnaire and analyzed by using validity test, reliability test, assumption

classic test, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of

determination test (R2).

The result of data alalysis found employee competency, financial

compensation satisfaction and non financial compensation satisfaction showed a

significant positive influence on employee performance. Based on t test it is

indicated that employee competency, financial compensation satisfaction and non

financial compensation satisfaction have positive significant influence on employee

performance. Based on F test independent variables simultaneusly influence the

performance of employee significantly. The contribution of competency, financial

compensation satisfaction and non financial compensation satisfaction is 74,8%

while 25,2% influenced by other variables that were not described in this research.
