Balance Scorecard is a measurement system that is able to measure the pe,jormance of various business aspects such as finance, customers, business and internal processes and aspects of learning and growth. Swamitra Bangun Sejahtera is a savings and loan cooperative that has never done performance measurements using the Balance Scorecard method. The purpose of this study is to_ assess the performance of Swamitra cooperatives in 2016 in the aspects of jinanee, customers, internal business processes, and growth and development. The rrJethod used in this study is quantitative analysis by measuring four performance perspectives on the Swamitra Savings and Loans Cooperative. The results obtained from this study are the value of performance measurement of the Swamitra savings and loan cooperatives in a financial perspective that gets less value, customers who get good grades, internal business processes that get good grades, and growth and development that get good grades so that overall assessment is good.
