Information systems have an important role in all field of business. A business will not be a competitive if it still uses a manual system without changing into a computerized system. KSP CU SendangJati is a savings and loan cooperation which established in 2014 and have almost 800 members and the asset total until the end of July 2018 has reached to 4 billion rupiahs also the Own Capital Rasio has reached 9.18 % in 2017. The transaction in KSP CU SendangJati is still using a manual system, they using the recording system in the transaction note. After going through the recording process, for making a report they record into a book then insert to Microsoft Office Excel. Manual system causes risk of mistake that caused by human error factor. Purpose of this information system is to minimize mistake due to human error factor with an automatic approach in transaction savings and another data into savings and loan transaction information system in KSP CU SendangJati. This information system is using Microsoft Visual Foxpro 9.0 application and applying RAD (Rapid Application Development) method consisting Requirement Planning, System Design and Sytem Implementation. RAD method has a strength there are can speed, accuracy and relatively lower cost, for another strength from RAD Method is involving the user in the design process, so the user’s needs will can be fulfilled well
