The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of news quality and layout on subscribe decision Tribun Jateng newspaper. The methods used to analyze data are validity test, reliability test, assumption classic test, multiple linear regression method, f-test (simultaneous), t-test (partial), and the coefficient of determination test (R2 ). Total respondents are 300 readers from Tribun Jateng Newspaper. Based on this research, the result of statistical F-test has significant value < significant level (0,000 < 0,05). It means that News Quality and Layout have a significant impact on subscribe decision Tribun Jateng newspaper. From the result of coefficient of determination test, adjusted R2 has value of 0,544. It means that the impact of independent variable (news quality and layout) on dependent variable (subscribe decision) is at 54,4%, while the remaining 45,6% is influenced by other variables which are outside this research such us price, brand image and company image.
