Most of the employee’s time are spent in the workplace. The research aims

to analyze the influence of Occupational Health and Safety, Compensation and

Work Environment on Quality of Life case study of operator employee of

Container Crane and Rubber Tyre Gantry PT Pelindo III (Persero) Terminal

Petikemas Semarang. The technique of analysis used in this research was multiple

linear regression analysis. The population is the operators of Container Crane

and Rubber Tyre Gantry at PT Pelindo III (Persero) Terminal Petikemas

Semarang. The accidental sampling has been applied to decide the sample and

the sample is 70 respondents, the operators of Container Crane and Rubber Tyre

Gantry at PT Pelindo III (Persero) Terminal Petikemas Semarang. The result of ttest

shows that Occupational Health and Safety, Compensation and Work

Environment partially got positive significant influence toward Quality of Life.

Based on the result of F-test, Quality of Work Life simultaneously got significant

influence toward Quality of Life. This means that if the Occupational Health and

Safety, Compensation and Work Environment done correctly and continuously,

the Quality of Life will increas. Based on the adjusted R2, 59,2%, the influence of

the Quality of Life of the operators of employee of Container Crane and Rubber

Tyre Gantry PT Pelindo III (Persero) Terminal Petikemas Semarang could be

explained by Occupational Health and Safety, Compensation and Work

Environment, while the rest of 40,8% was explained by the other variables outside

the model. It is suggested that PT Pelindo III (Persero) Terminal Petikemas

Semarang should pay attention to Work Environment because it has the greatest

influence of Quality of Life. This can be done through continuous improvement of

Work Environment both physical and non-physical work environment.
