The purpose of this research was to analyze the influence of price and product quality toward to the purchasing decision of Honda Beat at PT Astra International Tbk-Honda Semarang. The respondents were the customer who had ever purchased Honda Beat at PT Astra International Tbk-Honda Semarang and who has the Honda Beat. The purposive sampling had been applied as the sample collection technique and the samples were 100 people. The multiple linear regressions are used as the analysis technique.The result of the test show that the influence of price and product quality to the purchasing decision of Honda Beat at PT Astra International Tbk-Honda Semarang is significant. This result indicates that the model that has been used in this research is feasible for the next analysis. It is supported by the acquisition of the correlation coefficient level is 44,2% which shows that the correlation among these variables to the purchasing decision of Honda Beat at PT Astra International Tbk-Honda Semarang is firm. The result of the following test shows that each of price and product quality variable had significant positive influence to the purchasing decision of Honda Beat at PT Astra International Tbk-Honda Semarang. The suggestion of this research is to increase the purchasing power and reliability of the product to improve purchasing decision.
