Cafe Godhong Pring is a Cafe founded by Andrian Dwi Saputro, S.T.Par, in Salatiga which is located in Sidomukti Salatiga. Cafe Godhong Pring sells many kinds of foods, beverage, snack and cigarette. The Operational Activity of Cafe Godhong Pring is the sales of food and beverages by processing raw materials into fast food and beverages. The exsiting inventory system can not provide the report on time and the data are not available when the management needed. This happen because the system are lacking in control and maintenance. The aims of this research are to design and build a raw materials inventory system and cost calculation food and beverage at Cafe Godhong Pring. The method that is used in this research is research and development (R & D) which is consists preliminary research phase, development phase and assessment phase. While the system development method that is used in this research is Prototyping which consists of four stages is Identification Basic Requirement, Make a Prototype, Used the Prototype, Revision and Repair Prototype. This application is designed by Notepad++, PHP, and HTML. The result of this research is the design an application that can help Cafe Godhong Pring manage their inventory and can calculate their cost of food and beverage.
