Pengaruh Interpersonal Skill dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di BPJS Kesehatan KC Semarang



The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of interpersonal skills and work environment on employees’ performance at BPJS Kesehatan KC Semarang. The population and sample is the entire of employee at BPJS Kesehatan KC Semarang, that is 60 employees’. The methods used to analyze data are validity test, reliability test, assumption classic test, multiple linear regression method,ftest (simultaneous), t-test (partial), and the coefficient of determination test (R2 ). Based on on the t-test, interpersonal skills affect to the employees’ performance, while the work environment doest affect to the employees’ performance, the result of statistical F-test has significant value < significant level (0,000 < 0,025). It means that Interpersonal Skills and Work Environment have a significant impact on Employees’ Performance satisfaction simultaneously. From the result of coefficient of determination test, R square has value of 0,393. It means that the impact of independent variable (interpersonal skills and wok environment) on dependent variable (employees’ performance) is at 39,3%, while the remaining 60,7% is influenced by other variables which are outside this research.
