The purpose of this study was to determine the archive management system in support of information services in PDAM Sleman Regency. This study uses descriptions, documentations and literature reviews. The date used are primary, secondary and qualitative data. This archival management system only explains how dynamic and static archive procedures can support information services for companies. The results of this study indicate that the archive management system is still good, but there are still obstacles in facilites that are less supportive. The company must pay attention in borrowing archives, adding a filling cabinet, and must destroy it because it has no use value or the archive has expired
