This study aims to determine the influence of place quality and product quality on
post purchase behavior at PT Bukit Semarang Jayametro. The methods of data
collection in this study are questionnaires, interviews and study of literature. The
sampling technique used is incidental sampling technique. This study took 100
respondents. Data analysis techniques used in this research were validity and
reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, t test, F test,
and coefficient of determination. Results of data processing in this study were
done by using SPSS version 16. Results of multiple linear regression analysis
shows regression equation Y = 28.830 + 0,203X1 - 0.102X2. Coefficient of
determination in this research was equal to 0,590, which means that place quality
variable and product quality influences post purchase behavior variable by 59%
while the rest was influenced by other variables not examined and does not fall
under the purview this research. The results of this study explain that the place
quality have a significant effect on post purchase behavior and for product quality
does’t significant on post purchase behavior. The results of this study also shows
that the product quality had a significant negative effect on post purchase
behavior while place quality has a significant positive effect on post purchase
behavior. Product quality variable was the dominant variable affecting post
purchase behavior
